Tipperary TD Michael Lowry, who was leading the negotiations for the Regional Independents, is understood to have no interest in holding a position. The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media is also expected to be chopped and changed amid suggestions that tourism will be moved out of the department.
