Company is on the acquisition trail after securing $50 million in debt financing from Accel-KKR Credit Partners last year
Irish fintech MyComplianceOffice has made its third acquisition, snapping up Fairwords, an AI-powered communications compliance software provider, for an undisclosed sum.
While no financial details have been revealed, Fairways was valued at $12 million last year after securing $5.23 million in a Series A funding round. Fairwords' software provides training, analytics, and archiving to mitigate communications risks and prevent compliance crises and lawsuits.
