The HSE Chief Executive Paul Reid raised concern over the National Public Health Emergency Team's commitment to increase to 100,000 the number of Covid-19 tests per week.
The correspondence has just been published following several requests from the Labour Leader Alan Kelly, who has described it as "explosive" in the Dáil this afternoon. — RTÉ News May 14, 2020 Mr Reid wrote that he was taken by surprise by Dr Tony Holohan's letter on Friday 17 April and also by the NPHED press conference that spoke about increasing testing.
