Subscribers: Rep. Andy Biggs is in Texas near Uvalde on eve of NRA events, but mum on his plans
Rep. Andy Biggs was in Texas Friday, but it was unclear whether he or any other Arizona Republicans planned to attend the National Rifle Association's annual conference opening in Houston just days after the massacre in Uvalde.
Republican Reps. Paul Gosar and David Schweikert of Arizona are not planning to attend, their offices told The Arizona Republic.
