The animal rescue charity is drowning under vet bills and other expenses

An animal rescue charity which is said to be a 'lifeline' for dogs with behavioural issues is drowning under expensive vet bills and other expenses.

Over Christmas, the charity took on five more dogs as they expected some of the dogs from the kennels to be rehomed. All other kennels have been paid except for the main kennel in Rotherham. The charity still has some of last month's bill to pay before they need to fork out another £4,000 for this month's bill.

"If we can’t get this sorted then we will maybe have to shut. If we can’t raise the funds then the rescue will need to stop taking in dogs until we could move dogs out of kennels and rehome them.
