Revolut identified that ticket scams were most prevalent on social media platforms Facebook, X , and WhatsApp, while consumers aged 25-34 were the most vulnerable potential victims.
Less controlled environments: To successfully scam their victims, criminals mainly use unofficial sites or social media marketplaces where there are fewer verifications.
