The bank, which is attempting to recover the property, claims that Mr. Farrington's suggestion of ongoing legal representation is misleading. The court has been informed of numerous court hearings regarding the bank's order for possession of the property, with Mr. Farrington ceasing repayments on his €2.3 million debt.
