Marc Ó Sé believes Kerry are facing a “daunting” task going to Derry for next Sunday’s Allianz Football League Division One tie. Kerry’s scheduled League opener against Donegal was postponed last weekend due to the Ulster champions being unable to make the journey on the back of Storm Eowyn, leaving Jack O’Connor’s side at a disadvantage against opposition who have already had a competitive runout under the new rules.
Ring-rusty Kerry face a “daunting” task going to Derry for next Sunday’s Allianz Football League Division One tie, says Marc Ó Sé.
O’Connor had named two debutants in the side to face Donegal, Eddie Healy and Ó Sé’s An Gaeltacht clubmate Cathal Ó Beaglaoich, but the attack in particular was light in experience, albeit it remains to be seen what selection is made for the Celtic Park trip.
