Road closures were put in place as firefighters tackled a car fire in Watford causing disruption to public transport. The Herts Fire and Rescue service was called at around 7.03pm on Saturday, August 5, to reports that a Citroen was on fire in the Watford Junction Station car park in Station Road. One fire engine from Watford fire station was sent to the scene where the crew found the car “well alight” a spokesperson said.
