Rob Vanstone remembers his one in-person chat with Luke Schofield, who was only 19 when he died of cancer on Jan. 14.

Luke’s life will be honoured Saturday at the Queensbury Convention Centre in a service that is to begin at 2 p.m. Pastor Craig Moeller — himself a devotee of Luke’s beloved Packers — will be officiating.
