Rochelle Humes has admitted that she had to hand out leaflets in Tesco in a bump back down to earth, after the band she was in broke up.

Rochelle was joined in the band by Frankie Bridge, Aaron Renfree, Jay Asforis, Stacey Franks, Calvin Goldspink, Daisy Shelvey and Hannah Richings. But, when the band ended, Rochelle told the Grace Beverley podcast that she had something of an identity crisis as she asked: "What am I going to do now?"View gallery She went on to talk about child performers that have "gone on to live a weird life," before admitting that she, herself, went on to hand out leaflets in Tesco, by way of earning some extra pocket money.

She is now married to Marvin Humes, 38, who rose to fame as part of boyband, JLS, on the X Factor in 2009, and the couple share three children, nine-year-old Alaia-Mai, Valentina, six, and two-year-old son Blake.
