Rod Stewart has taken to social media to share a fond throwback to the 1990s in celebration of the launch of his live album Unplugged...and Seated
as the British rocker reminisced on his Maggie May days alongside former bandmate Ronnie Wood.
He captioned the image and video clip to his 1.3 million Instagram followers: "This year marks 30 years of Unplugged… and seated. Happy anniversary! Reaching number 2 on the album charts around the world, What’s your favourite song from the album?" And it didn't take long for his fans to rush to the social media post to share their fond memories too, as they told their favourite parts of the album.Someone else added: "Mandolin wind is my all time favorite song x"
"Best album - had it on cassette!! My husband and I played it to death!! The best bit has to be talking of when the song was released and Ron quipping 'his wife was only 1!' followed by his dirty laugh!!," added another fan.
