The three restaurants all reported the same experience. The doors were smashed in with a large rock and cash registers were opened. The registers at all three eateries were already empty at the time of the break-in, and none of the employees were present.“They knew what they were doing, and I don’t think the police will have much luck identifying them,” he said.
“If you watch the security camera footage, it’s like they just went door-to-door smashing the glass,” said John Thai, a Shogun Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi employee.
