With the band's eagerly awaited documentary being released in the coming weeks, fans may be hoping that a reunion tour could be next - but Ronan has said 'enough is enough'
He and the rest of the band are preparing for the release of Boyzone : No Matter What on Sky next month, which took two years to film and put together.
"I think it's enough," he said. "We've done the comeback, we've done the shows, I think this is the final chapter of our story. I think enough is enough. I think we're done." "The opportunities came flooding in and it was an incredible time for me," he said. "The record company wanted to make a album and then they wanted to make another album and the steam train had begun and I couldn't get off.
Ronan and the rest of the band - Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch and Stephen Gately - did reunite in 2007, but it was just two years later that Stephen suddenly passed away. Ronan was the first one informed, and it fell to him to tell the rest of the band.
