Ronnie O'Sullivan's mixed season has hit a new low after he crashed out of the English Open at the first round stage to He Guoqiang, who is ranked 64th in the world
Ronnie O'Sullivan has admitted he is considering his future in snooker after suffering a shock exit in the first round of the English Open at the hands of He Guoqiang.
But he was able to spring a major surprise on O'Sullivan, who has won seven world championships across his career. The Rocket had few answers against He, who produced a superb performance to move into the second round. "I haven't got long, I'm not going to deny it, I'm not playing well enough, there's no point in even worrying about it - I've just accepted it now which is quite a nice place to be really. I'm awful, it's embarrassing. I miss so many balls. I can't get away from it, poor, but there's nothing I can do about it.
Things went from bad to worse for O'Sullivan in the second frame as He took advantage of a safety error from the 48-year-old to move 2-0 up. The Chinese star worked his way to an impressive 78 break to punish his opponent for his mistake.
