Roy Keane was left surprised as Italian football great Giorgio Chiellini paid tribute to the Manchester United legend by wearing a jersey bearing his name.
Chiellini entered to huge applause wearing a vintage Man Utd jersey before revealing Keane's name on the back. Keane could be heard saying "it suits you" before signing the back of the shirt.
