A royal expert claims Kate Middleton sent a subtle message to Meghan Markle during Remembrance Day
Kate Middleton joined other senior royals last Sunday as they remembered those who had died in the line of duty since World War I.
She wore them alongside a four-row pearl and diamond choker necklace. Daniela claims her jewellery "highlights [a] painful truth" for Meghan. She said: "While Kate’s pair are honking great pieces that on anyone else you would assume are plastic fakes they are so large, Meghan’s pair, while elegant and a very thoughtful gift from the late nonagenarian, are comparatively tiddly.Daniela says the earrings worn by Kate had first been presented to Her Majesty as a wedding gift by the Hakim [ruler] of Bahrain.
The only royal before Kate to have the honour of borrowing jewellery from the Queen was Princess Diana and Daniella says this shows that the Princess of Wales alone has been chosen to continue sporting these jewels.
