The programme was scheduled to return for its 12th season on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player on Sunday October 27 at 6.30pm
The new season of Ireland's Fittest Family has been postponed following the death of one of the contestants.
The new release date of the programme is yet to be confirmed, with the broadcaster saying details will be provided in due course, reports Dublin Live.
