RTÉ has ranked in last place out of 150 brands in this year's edition of the Ireland Customer Experience Report in the wake of the secret payments scandal.
Its findings are based on a survey of around 2,500 people conducted in partnership with Amárach Research from 8 June to 4 August 2023.
RTÉ saw a"dramatic" fall of 15 positions to the bottom of the table, which the CX Company attributed to the"trust issues" the broadcaster has been experiencing recently.Along with coming in last place, RTÉ was said to have been the brand that had the biggest drop in its customer experience score between 2021 and 2023.
Rounding out the top 10 was Allcare Pharmacies, PowerCity, Smyths Toystore, Specsavers, Life Pharmacy, Laya Healthcare, Hickeys Pharmacy, M&S Food and Dunnes.Patrick Kielty becomes emotional during Rob Delaney interview about his late sonBono says seeing a united Ireland in his lifetime would be 'wonderful'
