PJ Gallagher: Changing My Mind aired on RTE One on Monday night and saw the comedian and radio presenter speak openly and honestly about his mental health struggles
RTE viewers have thanked PJ Gallagher for being so honest in his new documentary about mental health .
He powerfully admitted that he very nearly "died of shame" because he was too embarrassed to talk about being depressed, to the point of becoming suicidal. The raw and honest documentary saw PJ share his own experience of struggling with mental health, talk to a men's support group and meet representatives from suicide prevention charity Pieta House.
