Run Club is the latest in Buzzworks' line of employee wellness initiatives.
An Ayr shire hospitality firm has started its own running club to help boost staff’s mental and physical health.
Organisers are hopeful that the extra-curricular group will continue to grow in size in the coming months. “Our goal is to encourage even more of our colleagues to take part in the club and eventually get to the stage where we can host our own events. Previous initiatives launched by the firm to support staff wellbeing include their Wellbeing Hub and Employee Promise.
