Petition contained signatures from 1.1m ‘fed-up passengers’, airline says
Ryanair has delivered a petition containing 1.1 million signatures from “fed-up passengers” to the European Commission demanding the protection of overflights in the event of air traffic control strikes, particularly like those seen in France.
It called on Ursula Van Der Leyen, President of the European Commissioner to protect 100 per cent of overflights, and to reallocate flights that must be cancelled to dshort-haul alternatives to/from the affected State
