Rye River Brewing Company is looking at selling more of its beer in cans rather than in glass bottles in an effort to cut down on costs.
The Kildare-based firm has reported revenues of €7.5 million for 2021, a rise of 6 per cent compared to 2020. The company sells a range of popular beers under its own name, having recently rebranded from McGargles.
