One of its organisers, Emily Clark, said: “The kids absolutely loved it, you could see how magical it was for them to experience something so extraordinary.“After Santa arrived all the children got to visit him in his grotto individually and received a present each.
“It’s important to us to offer local affordable events for our residents of all ages, but the kids’ party is a special event and one that has a lot of time and energy driven into it by our volunteer committee.”Around 75 children and their parents attended, and the day was rounded off with a disco for the children to “burn off all their excitement”.Have you got a story for us?
