Irish actress Saoirse Ronan was praised by fans after she left the all-male panel on The Graham Norton Show lost for words with her brutally honest reminder
A brutally honest moment from The Graham Norton Show went viral over the weekend after Saoirse Ronan 's painful reminder stunned the male guests into silence.
The panel was joking about filming fights and arguments when Saoirse stopped them to remind them why women need to film evidence of it. Eddie, 42, revealed he was taught how to use a phone to retaliate in the event of an attack during his training for The Day of the Jackal. Saoirse quietly watched their exchange before she found the perfect moment to share her thoughts. She simply said: "That's what girls have to think about all the time," as the panel were stunned into silence before agreeing with her. She then turned to the audience and said: "Am I right, ladies?"
One said: "Saoirse Ronan, the woman that you are." Another pointed out: "Think it’s disingenuous to portray that clip from the Graham Norton show of the men + Saoirse Ronan as “men laughing at issue’s women face” bc they’re not. The whole point is that they weren’t even thinking about it from the perspective of women bc they’re ignorant about that."
