Former Hollyoaks actress Sarah Jayne Dunn has opened up about receiving therapy after her son was hospitalised
Sarah Jayne Dunn has opened up about getting therapy following her son’s hospitalisation, and branded her first life coach as her "guardian angel".
In the wake of this, the doting mum didn’t get time to properly process what had happened until the world came to a standstill in early 2020 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. “I think with even things like that when you talk openly, it’s about putting boundaries in place, and having fit and healthy boundaries, and learning when it’s OK to say no.”
