Sarah McInerney has become a prominent figure at RTÉ, co-hosting the Drivetime show on Radio 1 and later taking over the Prime Time show from David McCullagh. When not at work, she enjoys family life with her husband Thomas and their two sons, Ben and Caelan, in the northern Dublin suburb of Sutton.
Sarah McInerney has become one of the biggest names in RTÉ since landing a full-time role with the national broadcaster in September 2020.
The couple share two sons together; Ben and Caelan. Previously, the RTÉ star admitted that lockdown brought them closer together as a couple. Earlier this year, Sarah said her wedding day and the birth of her two children were among the happiest days of her life to date. She also worked in news and current affairs on TV3, filling in for Vincent Browne and Ivan Yates on their shows before she fronted her own weekly programme called The Sunday Show.She told RSVP Live: "I love radio, it is very different from TV.
