Const. Robert Webb has been ordered to have no contact with the complainant.
Const. Robert Webb was charged with one count of assault after a complaint made to RCMP on March 11. City police said Webb was off-duty at the time and has been suspended with pay.
RCMP confirmed the Warman detachment received a report of an assault involving a man and a woman at a home in Warman and the charge was laid as a result of its investigation. Court documents show Webb has been ordered to have no contact with the complainant and he is expected to next appear in Saskatoon provincial court on April 5. He is not in custody.
