Schitt's Creek star Annie Murphy has landed her next role in the upcoming sci-fi movie Fingernails.
Christos Nikou is set to direct the film with Cate Blanchett, Coco Francini and Andrew Upton acting as producers on the new project, which will be executive produced by Jerome Duboz.will follow Jessie Buckley's Anna as she starts a new job as an assistant to the mysterious and ambitious Amir, who will be played by Riz Ahmed.
The sci-fi tale focuses on the invention of a test that can measure whether or not romantic partners are experiencing true love, with multiple institutes opening up to aid the testing of couples. Ahmed's Amir works as an instructor in one such institution.
