Conor Curran will talk about strength training and all things strongman related on November 4.
Kilmarnock gym, KAMMA Fitness, is hosting a free seminar where Scotland's Strongest man Conor Curran will talk about strength training as well as take the guests through a lifting workshop.
Gym owner Conor Dorrans, 28, runs events like this every six months for the members and any strength enthusiasts absolutely free of charge to try and grow the sport within the area. Conor said: "Events like this are important so you can learn from some of the strongest people in the world, how they got into it and how to succeed at it.The event will take place on November 4 and will have 20 spaces available for KAMMA Fitness members on a first-come, first-served basis, with a few spaces available for the general public.
