William, from Hamilton, belted out a Meatloaf classic before an impromptu singalong with Shania
Scots Starstruck finalist William Boyle's dreams came true tonight before the winner of the show was announced as he got the opportunity to sing with his idol Shania Twain.
Jason Mansford added: "Fantastic, brilliant and entertaining! Not one person at this room or at home could take their eyes off you while you were performing! Well done." Beverley Knight added: "I tell you what, that was wonderful, throughout this show, that was the best you've done!" The crowd cheered as the Man I Feel Like A Woman singer got up from her seat and joined William on the stage and the pair sang together. The audience loved it and the pair hugged and Shania returned to her seat.
“I am a massive Shania fan and I know every single song she has ever sung. She is the nicest person ever and whatever happens in this competition, Shania Twain has heard me sing.”
