Cassi, a restaurant manager from Dundee, appeared on the popular quiz show on Tuesday night
Ben Shephard was back hosting the popular quiz show on ITV on Tuesday night, as three hopefuls battled it out against the Tipping Point machine in the hopes of bagging thousands.
Retired civil servant Paul and Lisa a full-time carer also joined Cassie in the gameshow, as Paul stormed ahead at the start of the game securing £350 and a luxury overnight stay. In the second round Cassi and the others were given 45 seconds to answer as many questions correctly as they could, gaining a counter to use for each correctly answered question. Luck was on her side as she got an extra £450 in the bag, securing her place in the next round with a cool £900 collected.
This left Paul to win big and rake in enough money to surpass his rival and secure his place in the final. Paul just missed out on the £10,000 jackpot but did manage to leave the show with an impressive £2,700, alongside a hotel break in Cornwall and an inflatable paddle.
