A Scots woman says she was made to 'embarrassed' by Mcdonald's staff after she found a caterpillar in her burger.
The woman posted on social media on Friday January 6 about the incident at McDonald's at Showcase Leisure Park in Coatbridge saying staff made her feel like she had done something wrong. The woman alleges that the staff couldn't even look her in the eye after she took the food back and asked for a refund, and says they only apologised when she was walking away from the counter.
An image she uploaded to Facebook shows what appears to be a tiny green insect inside a Mcdonald's carton.Top news stories today "Didnt look me in the eye when handing me my money back and said sorry as I was walking away."
