PA Media Group will accept applications for the awards program through March 6, 2023.
Twenty high school seniors will be named PA Media Group's Best and Brightest 2023. The deadline to enter is March 6, 2023.PA Media Group – PennLive and The Patriot-News – have launched the 2023 Best and Brightest program to honor high school seniors who represent the potential of their class.
The application process is online. The deadline to apply is Monday, March 6, 2023. Applications require an essay and two letters of recommendation.Applications are judged by two panels outside PA Media Group. The first group of judges will include retired and current educators and school administrators. The second group will be comprised of community leaders in fields such as the arts, athletics, government, faith and education.
Seniors must attend a public or independent high school or be home-schooled or attend cyber school in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York county. Local residents attending schools in other counties or states are not eligible.
