Selena Gomez has held the record for the most followers on Instagram for quite a while now, however, will her recent updates have an impact on that?
The singer seems to have done a bit of a revamp on her page over the weekend and it wasn’t missed by die-hard fans. Selena proudly boasted 132 million followers and 316 following on her profile as of last week, however, she’s done one serious cull on the latter in recent days.Yes, fans spotted that the list of people Selena follows on Instagram dropped from 316 to just 37 over the weekend.
Who’s been axed? Well, Selena no longer follows her assistant Theresa Mingus, vacation buddy Gigi Hadid and childhood BFF Demi Lovato.Keeping their place on the list were celebrities like Taylor Swift, Amy Schumer and her best friend and the one she says “saved her life” Francia Raisa.
Celebrity Big Brother will make it’s return in early 2024 and Phillip Schofield is tipped to join the lineup
