Mafu Diagne made his way to Scotland from Senegal after he was persuaded to do so by his cousin Modou Diagne, who was gifted a restaurant by the renowned chef in 2020.
A Senegalese dad, who arrived in Scotland five years ago, has gone from kitchen porter to a head baker in one of Glasgow's prestigious eateries despite never cooking before arriving in the country.
