The incident occurred around 4.35pm on the B775, Gleniffer Road, on the border between Barrhead and Paisley.
The driver and a passenger from one of the vehicles have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, where medical staff describe their condition as stable. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley where medical staff have also described their condition as stable.spokesperson said:"Around 4.35 pm on Tuesday, June 13, police were called to a two-vehicle road crash, involving a Ford Fiesta and Seat Leon, on the B775, Gleniffer Road, on the border between Barrhead and Paisley.
"Two people, the driver and a passenger from the Ford Fiesta, have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where medical staff describe their condition as stable. "The driver of the Seat Leon was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley where medical staff describe his condition as stable."The road remains closed until further notice."
