Shane Lowry has revealed that he 'hit the jackpot' with his 2019 Open Championship win, but not for the reason you might think.
The win propelled Lowry into the stratosphere and he is now one of the most popular golfers on tour and recently starred as Europe reclaimed the Ryder Cup at Marco Simone in Rome.But heading into the 2019 Open Championship Lowry was in a much different place in his career and has revealed that there was much more pressure on his shoulders throughout that season than fans may have realised.
