We were just delighted that Paul Mescal was nominated for a BAFTA for his first starring role in a film.
However, we thought Colin had the BAFTA win in the bag for his incredible turn in The Banshees of Inisherin.The American actor delighted viewers and critics alike with his performance as Elvis.Austin was humble in his speech as he said: “Man…this is amazing. I’m really trying to take everything in and be really present.”
Among a long list of thanks, he mentions director Baz Luhrmann for his vision and dedication as well as his movement coach, Polly Bennett.Huge congratulations to Austin Butler who takes home the BAFTA for Leading Actor
