The Silent Hill Ascension premiere trailer has left fans completely bemused as its release date looms around the corner.
Silent Hill is making a big comeback. We haven’t really seen the series since Hideo Kojima’s P.T. teaser back in 2014, but there are projects in development. The Silent Hill Ascension premiere trailer has dropped weeks before its release date, and fans are baffled as to how it at all relates to one of Konami’s most famous IPs. The future is bright if you’re a lover of horror and Silent Hill. Developer Bloober Team is still working on the Silent Hill 2 remake pegged for 2024.
Fans will also be able to watch each episode live and make real-time decisions through the official Silent Hill Ascension website. The debut episode lands on October 31st at 6 pm PT and 9 pm ET, which translates to 2 am BST on November 1st for viewers in the UK. It is a unique premise, and the ambition is worthy of praise. However, it is admittedly confusing, and plenty of fans are just baffled by its existence.
