Silicon Valley's office market continues to struggle to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, a new report indicates.
"Companies are continuing to reassess their remote and situations, with many currently testing various hybrid forms," she said. The Gilroy-Morgan Hill area had an office vacancy rate of just 1%, easily the lowest in the region, while both the Cupertino-Saratoga area and Sunnyvale had rates of less than 5%.
