The Britain's Got Talent judge has slimmed down considerably after overhauling his previously unhealthy diet - now he has an exercise routine and strict diet plan
The Britain's Got Talent judge began making changes to his lifestyle after a fall in his home in 2017, but another incident pushed him to dedicate himself further to a healthier lifestyle.
Simon was then advised to cut four things from his diet to improve his health - red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten. He has said he eats white meat and "loads" of vegetables - and can even fit drinking beer into his diet plan.
