Simon Pegg labels Rishi Sunak a ‘t**ser’ and a ‘pr***’ as the PM plans to make maths compulsory for students up to 18
Actor and comedian Simon Pegg has lashed out at the Prime Minister’s plan to ensure students in England study maths in some form until the age of 18. In Rishi Sunak's first speech of the new year, he said on Wednesday that the UK must "reimagine our approach to numeracy".
“What a pr***. What about Arts and Humanities, and fostering this country’s amazing reputation for creativity and self-expression?” the Hot Fuzz star said. Sunak’s plan would not be implemented until after the next general election and No 10 says further details will be set out in due course.
