Eighties popstar Sinitta and music producer Simon Cowell spent three decades in and out of a passionate relationship before a twist of fate called time on their romance for good some years ago.
“He’s one of my die-hard friends. He’s an amazing person and he’s been an incredible friend,” she gushes. “It feels cheap to call him a friend because he’s definitely family.” “We’re godparents to each other’s children and it makes me happy to see him happy, and I think likewise for him,” she adds.The couple adopted the children after failed IVF treatment and traumatic miscarriages but split in 2010.“I’d been single for a long time, and I was thinking about why that was the case and if I was going to remain on my own for the rest of my life,” she says.
