Gardai have discovered the skeletal remains of a man in his 50s, who had been missing from the Sandyford area of Dublin for almost four years.
Following extensive examinations, a positive identification was made in recent days and An Garda Siochana confirmed the remains are those of Gerard Taylor, who was 55 years old when he went missing from Sandyford in May 2019.Gerard had last been seen near Ballinteer, Dublin 16 on the morning of Saturday, May 25 2019, and a missing person's appeal was launched, while several renewed appeals have been launched in the years since.
