There's a new kid on the block in Belfast city centre, as Sky has opened a brand new shop - Sky Belfast - on Castle Lane, near Victoria Square.
David says that he and his six-strong team enjoy the chance to meet customers in person and give them a thorough lowdown on the Sky product range. “I'm all about the best customer experience,” he says. “You can come and speak to one of our friendly staff members and get help and advice on your existing account. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore new products should you want to.”
You can buy the TV upfront for £699 , £949 or £1199 , or pay it off over two years or four years. “Sky Glass is unique [compared] to any other TV that you can purchase,” David adds. “It is a carbon neutral TV, so when you come down in the morning it feels your presence and automatically comes on - this is optional - and if you're not in the room for longer than half an hour or an hour, it automatically turns itself off.”
