Slimming World fans say they are "obsessed" with a mum's "speedy" pasta bake recipe. The meal takes less than an hour to prepare and is low in syns - which are what Slimming World calls higher calorie and less nutrient-dense foods.
Despite being healthier than others choices, the meal which contains a mix of 5 per cent fat minced beef, onion, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and seasonings still feels indulgent, according to Edinburgh Live. Sharing the recipe on Facebook and Instagram, the mum said: "Although I'm getting there my appetite is still a bit bleh... And all I fancied was cheese and beans on toast tonight not really exciting I know but this little beauty is exciting.
"It's syn free, packed full of speed, topped with cheese, involves pasta, I mean it's just everything you want and need. Hence why I'm re sharing it."
