Openness to venting as a way to express things or for mental health is uncertain.
Sometimes, when frustrated, irritated or angry, there is often a feeling to let it out by some physical expression or action. There are situations where people are advised to vent or do something to expel those feelings, to avoid bottling them up.
The brain, conceptually, has destinations of properties. There are quantities that relay to acquire these properties to determine what gets experienced. It is the property acquired that becomes experienced. The same way that something can be remembered, which is like the property [as an information is] acquired, is the same way that feelings of cold, heat, anger, sadness are properties that can be acquiredor to know that the table is not the benchCells and molecules in the brain build or construct the higher-order of what is used for experiences or interactions with the world. This is the experiential mechanism that the brain delivers across situations.
The brain [automatically or without swift control] could yield to this vent property that at some point results in carrying out something worse, to self, others or the surrounding. There could also be something bottled up [a property], but to blow open [a property] at an unfortunate time. The path towards care is to get that this is a property acquired in this moment, by the brain, then seek out safe alternatives or not to bottle much, but to ensure that loss or harm is avoided. There are therapies to vent. It may be more applicable if the quantity is still at the property spot. It may also be useful in imagination to know there is a place to vent about this later, or to imagine it being done, and experience a mild degree of its benefit.
