Corrie fans were left stunned after they discovered that an on-screen couple is actually married in real life.
Then months after his death, Rufus’ wife Lou ended up on the street desperate to find out the truth and suspicious about her husband's death.Fans were shocked when they found out Lou, who made her Corrie debut earlier this month, is played by Steve's real wife, Eleanor Howell. Ahead of Eleanor’s first appearance on the ITV soap, the pair confirmed the news of their marriage on X.
