Ireland's Eurovision hopeful Bambie Thug blasted the roof off the Malmö Arena during Tuesday night's Eurovision Song Contest semi-final with an electrifying performance of their "genre-defying" track Doomsday Blue.
Earlier on Tuesday, Bambie was touted as the fifth favourite to win the competition outright following a whirlwind month which saw them float about before breaking into the top 10, before moving to the current dizzying heights they find themselves. Tuesday's semi-final performance by Bambie was met with what was easily the loudest applause of the night, as those in attendance wholeheartedly vaunted Ireland's Eurovision hopeful owing to their dynamic rendition of their electro-metal hit.
